I wear a 42-44G or H depending on fit. I have been struggling with finding nursing bras that offer some support and full coverage without underwires. I finally tried the Cacique seamless ballet wrap bralette and am totally in love! It's not quite as easy as an official nursing bra, but I highly recommend at least trying them if you find yourself in the same boat.

Also open to other suggestions with the caveat that I have tried all the plus size options from motherhood maternity and none of them have been what I'm looking for.
