I know it’s illegal to have sex in a car, but is it legal to make out/dry hump in a car? 
Of course in a “private area” like third level parking garage, abandoned areas, etc

Hi! Everybody ALWAY lad says that having sex in a car is illegal. That may be true in some places, HOWEVER.. I have actually been caught having sex in a car in a public parking lot (not my finest moment).. the police officer took our information and called it in.. he said there was nothing to charge us with since the car was technically our property, the windows were tinted, and nobody was around. He literally said “it’s not illegal, just embarrassing”. Just sharing my encounter with law enforcement lol
Now, I need to add I would never have sex in a car again (in a public place), and I really don’t recommend anybody do it either. I consider myself lucky to not have been charged with anything. Just be safe and be careful.. you don’t want your future to be damaged by a silly night in a car.
