I had pumped about 3 ounces because i was going to leave my 5 month old with my mom for 3 hours, but she ended up not eating until i came back so it wasnt used. Well i didnt want to use a bag and freeze just 3 ounces so i fed it to her in a bottle right before her nap, then after nursed her to sleep. Well.. She slept *by herself* for 3 hours!!! This is huge deal guys, lately even at night shes only sleeping 2 hours at a time and gets really hungry throughout the night. I thought it was just the sleep regression, but now im thinking that maybe shes falling asleep while nursing before shes full enough. She has always only nursed off one boob before falling asleep. Im thinking maybe i should start pumping before her bath at night, then feed her the bottle so i know shes had enough and then nurse her to sleep. Any thoughts/suggestions? The lack of sleep is starting to get to me 😭
