I've been slowly dropping pump sessions because I plan on stopping within the month. I have a huge freezer stash, and today I dipped into it because I need extra for her feedings. I thawed out a bag and it smelled TERRIBLE. It tasted even worse. It smells like very sour milk. I honestly gagged.

I know that some women have this issue due to high lipase. I've looked online and it seems people are divided on whether it's safe to use or not. The fact that it has such a strong sour odor has me concerned. The thought of throwing away all that breastmilk makes me feel ill, but I don't want to give it to LO if it's not safe.

Any advice?? Suggestions???
