What could this be ???

So this morning I thought I was going to start my period a day early I had mild cramps not bad at all so I put a tampon in and I would say about 30 mins I went to pull it out and I had light pink bleeding no were near the way my period is so I put another tampon in thinking it was going to get heavier and I went to change it in an hour and it’s still very light and it’s been like that all day so my question is could this be implantation bleeding ?
