Have you ever "messed up" as a parent?

Parenting is hard and I feel like I mess up a lot. Anyone feel like sharing how you've messed up? Share one thing you do well too, because we are all amazing mamas and it's ok to mess up sometimes.

Oh yeah every day I mess up. I lose my patience, I might yell, some days I might play less, swear underneath my breath a little too much, laugh at my child falling instead of rushing to pick him up. The list can go on lol. But its parenting. I just hug a little tighter and cuddle a little longer to make up for it.

I sometimes let my son watch two movies in a row while I take a nap on the couch next to him because im 32 weeks pregnant and exhausted and his dad is always working 😭😭♥️ I always feel super guilty but I just am dragging nowadays.

My 6 month old son rolled off the bed last week and fell on the floor. Landed head first. I was so upset. I literally turned my back to get his blanket and he did multiple rolls in like 5 seconds and boom! It was right before bed so I had to keep him awake to watch for any signs of concussion etc. He didn’t have any signs and appeared his normal self but I was still scared beyond belief. An d because it was his bedtime he was already tired but I had to keep him awake. I didn’t sleep that entire night. I pulled his crib right next to my bed and I was sitting there staring at him and checking his breathing all night. He was totally fine and woke up very happy he next morning actually but I still feel like an asshole 🤦🏼‍♀️
