It’s not necessarily the exact age, it’s the things you need to figure out first, do you have your own home? Own transportation? Financially stable without government assistance? Is your relationship stable?

That’s when I started trying for my first. We had no debt, stable income, safe place to live, and a very solid relationship. I’m 23 and pregnant with my second. People tend to judge me when they know I’ll have two kids at 23, but I know I’m in a good position and don’t need help caring for my children. I think that’s what matters more than my age.

I agree with them, if you’re in the position to be able to afford everything and are stable then I don’t see why not.

depends where you’re at financially!! you need to be able to support the baby. I want a baby soon i’m only 20 but i’m not ready financially

We started ttc at 21. We're 26 and pregnant with our first after 5 years of a hell journey of infertility. Tell people to suck it and do what you and your partner decide.
