I take the one a days before bed with the Dha. They don’t taste bad and if you take them before bed with some food they don’t upset your stomach as much, at least they haven’t for me.

Nature Made taste and smell NASTY. I take them, but I have to do it at night.
I really liked the “smarty pants” brand!! They taste delicious. I just couldn’t get them at Safeway so I got the nature made which happened to be enough for 90 days and were buy 1 get 1 free haha

Lol “one a day” I voted on not knowing it was a brand 😂😂 but I literally thought you meant the ones u take once a day. Cause my cousins wife took some prenatal pills that consisted of taking 3 huge capsules once a day.... and mine was just one pill lol. My bad. I really liked the “VitaFol One” brand. Those never made me sick! I tried like 5 that got me super nauseous until I got those, and they were great!
