I’m 30w5d I can’t believe I only have about two months left. I have a blood clotting disorder called antiphospholipid syndrome (aps) and have been on lovenox injections since I got pregnant. Anyone else on these and what’s been your experience as you get closer to delivery? My doctor said at 35 weeks I have to go off them and switch to heparin. Really scared of bleeding too much or complications happening. This is my first child but I’ve had three losses prior to this (before finding out about the aps). Thanks!
