Period

Has anyone gotten theirs and it’s been pretty heavy? I know this is def a period my baby is 11 weeks old I am EBF but I have been passing small/medium clots, no pain but my flow is pretty heavy. I’m going to check later today (during waking hours) if I’ll fill a pad up within an hour if so I’ll obviously call the doc but I just wanted to know if anyone else’s period did this to them
