Anybody had a negative at 9dpo and then went on to get a positive

Yesterday I was 9dpo, had a negative but I didn't use fmu. I felt sick all day and was sent home from work thought I'd test and nothing. I was awake at 3am this morning and randomly tested. Only just about 10dpo I've had a really faint positive and then when I woke up at 7 did a FRER and got another faint positive.

I have been testing like a crazy person since 7dpo and only two positives but were blue dye and all negative pink dye. I read three different online sources that say the average implantation is 8-9dpo and it takes 2-3 days for the hormone to be enough to show up on a hpt. This makes 11dpo+ the most likely range to get a faint positive hpt
