Second time different symptoms?

Hi! If my dates are right I’m about 6 weeks pregnant. I had a blood test to confirm last week. But my symptoms don’t seem to have started. I’m sure by now I was so sick with my first! Feeling paranoid. Did anyone else have different pregnancy’s? Or maybe the symptoms started later second time?

My second/current was so different from my first. With my first, my symptoms started about 4 days before a test would show positive. This time nothing until 9 weeks and it was WAY worse. Both are girls.

I have had very different experiences. I was very ill with my son. I had pretty bad morning sickness and vomiting. I fainted once and was generally not feeling great until after 10 weeks. I didn’t have any vomiting or terrible nausea with my pregnancy with my daughter. I was so worried that something was wrong with this pregnancy because it’s been different. I’d try not to worry about it!

First and second were sooo different both boys.
So far their personalities are 100% different as well.

Totally different symptoms first and second pregnancy. 
First I was a tiny bit unwell a few mornings, and got a headache later on week 20+, got a pregnant belly pretty early.  Second pregnancy, food aversion, soo tired, moody, and at 16weeks almost no baby belly.

Mine so far have been exactly the same. 24/7 nausea, tachycardia, and food aversions with both pregnancies. I had a girl, not sure what this baby is yet as I’m only 11wks. If I am going off symptoms, I suspect another girl bc its exactly the same.
