Any premenopausal women on here?
I’m going to be 45 at the end of September and the last year or so my periods have been ridiculous. They used to be pretty light and regular, but not now! Now they are about every 3 weeks and very heavy and the cramps feel like I’m going to give birth! I recently had my yearly exams and blood work and they said my estrogen levels were good. But I think I’m ready for menopause 😖
