Antisperm antibodies
Hi! My husband and I have been trying to conceive for almost a year. I have bad endometriosis and a fibroid tumor (small) so we assumed it was me. We had his semen tested a few weeks ago and I had a hysterosalpingogram which showed my Fallopian tubes are open and everything looks good. His semen showed his has good numbers and good motility but 100% antisperm antibodies. My gyno basically said she’d never seen a case like this and referred us to a reproductive endocrinologist. I am a nurse, and I will not be letting him take corticosteroids as indicated for possible treatment. It’s too risky with his job. We’ve also decided we aren’t going to pay thousands for IVF. Has anyone else ever experienced this? Any herbal or at home remedies to help? Is it even possible to conceive naturally with this? Are there other options? We go to the reproductive endocrinologist in a few weeks, but I’m ovulating in the next few days. Thanks in advance
