Slow temp rise?

I got a positive opk on CD 15 but my temps aren’t rising like I thought they would. Is it more likely that they’re just going to rise slowly or that I haven’t ovulated yet?

* the two days with higher temps I was out drinking and up multiple times in the night so I don’t pay much attention to them.
