On and off Nausea?

Question

Anyone else experience on and off nausea in the first trimester? I don’t want to panic and think something is wrong, as I’ve read not having nausea can be a bad sign but for a week or so I was having extreme all day nausea and the past two days I’ve had no symptoms of it at all. Am I overthinking or is this common? Thanks!

If you don’t have nausea just be thankful and enjoy your pregnancy. I had terrible nausea, and the only thing that helped was expensive prescription medication. One of my close friends has had very little nausea and she and the baby are fine.

I am going through the same thing. I am 6 weeks and I think I am overthinking my symptoms. I had sore breasts, nausea. And now I feel like they are going away. With my first son I pretty much didn’t have any symptoms though. I’m just trying not to stress about it.
