Something weird

Legit thought I started my period when I went to the bathroom because when I wiped I had dark red blood with egg white/clear stretchy CM mixed with it only when I wiped. Wiped a second and theirs time and nothing. What could it be? Never had it happen and period isn’t due for over a week.
