I just found out that a dear family friend passed away from a heart attack. We hadn't seen him for a while, but stopped by a few weeks ago randomly. He seemed to be in great health. We had actually thought about not stopping since my boyfriend was covered in mud from rugby, but we went anyway. I'm so glad he was able to meet our baby and we got to see him one last time. The moral is, always stop by to say hi if you're thinking about it. Never take for granted that someone will always be around.
