UPDATE: 51 hours in. 3CM dilated after 24 hours on Pitocin and everything else below. They have now stripped my membrane twice. They want me more dilated and cervix thinned before breaking my water.

I’m 37w3d and have had preclemsia for a few weeks now. Last night I was back to elevated blood pressure and some chest pains on the right side and doctor told me to go into labor and delivery. I did and they admitted me after getting my blood and urine results. Well.... Last night I was not dilated, cervix is super high, and overall my body isn’t ready for this. They put a 12 hr medicine inside me that was supposed to help but did nothing.... this morning I got another one and I don’t feel any cramping still. They will check me again at 10 PM but I’m already exhausted and weak and don’t think I can do this much longer. I’m super sore down there due to all the exams and stuffing things in there and still have no progress. This sucks!!!!!!!! Sorry for the vent but I’m so stressed out. My body keep la involuntarily shaking and I can’t stop.
