I had a d&c on April 24th at 11 weeks because our baby had no heartbeat.

I bled for two weeks after.

I got my first period about 4 and a half weeks post d&c (last Saturday). For 4 days I bled like I just had a baby. Super heavy. On the 5th day, it was gone... like no trace of it at all.

It stayed totally gone for about 3 days and last night I was bleeding a little so I put a tampon in. I woke up this morning, I stood up and literally a gush of blood like I have never experienced before. Right through everything and all of my clothes. I had to shower. I did see some clots.

Anyone else had a period like this after miscarriage? Nothing I need to go in for, right?
