Why are my headaches so bad during my period? Anybody got that problem?

Answer

Start eating magnesium rich foods 15 days after you periods first day. (Almonds, broccoli) Do that until the start of your next period it should drastically reduce the headaches. I read about this and have done it two months in a row.  And it really does help. Also you get the headaches because you’re estrogen drops to its lowest right before your period so like 3 days prior to your period try eating foods high in estrogen. Like strawberries and dried apricots.
