Hi everyone, I’ve been having really strong cramping in between periods. I know that there’s such thing as ovulation cramping but my chart says that I’m done ovulating and I’m 12 days away from my next period. But I have the most intense cramps. I was wondering what everyone’s experience is with ovarian cysts. How do you know if you have any? (Besides going to the OBGYN) it is this intense cramping in between ovulation and periods normal?
