What are your thoughts on eating ice all the time

Otherwise, stick to crushed ice or small cubes as much as possible. You don’t want to chip a tooth!

Nothing all the time is good you. Everything in moderation. Also lemme tell ya, I splurged during my daughters pregnancy and gained 100lbs. I regret that so hard 😫
