Is 13 weeks early to wear maternity pants?

I feel like I've been getting weird reactions when I say that I bought maternity pants. I know the baby isn't that big yet, but regular pants can be so uncomfortable especially if i cant unbutton them when im sitting down. Almost all my pants hug my stomach tightly because Ive always been pear shaped, and I feel the need to defend my choices already.

I have legit been wearing maternity pants since about 6 weeks. The bloating was so bad I couldn’t deal with my jeans anymore and I’m not a big yoga pants person anymore.

Wear whatever makes you comfortable! 
Maybe just don’t tell everyone they’re maternity pants 😉 I pretty much live in yoga pants at this point, and I’m only 9.5 weeks. But the bloat makes regular pants fit so uncomfortably!

I started wearing maternity pants around 9 or 10 weeks because of the bloat. It was just too uncomfortable to wear regular jeans 🤷‍♀️ I still wear my leggings, though I did buy a pair of maternity leggings. Not there yet 😂

I am 10 weeks and am about ready too. I am so bloated still and my regular clothes have already been packed away. I am almost out of my post pregnancy clothes from last time too.

Last pregnancy I started wearing maternity pants at work because my bloat was INSANE! I didn’t start showing until 23 weeks but was in maternity pants from 6 weeks 😅

I voted yes instead of no by accident 😂😂 I’ve been wearing maternity for the last couple of weeks, if anything squeezes my stomach it increases my nausea so bad!! I totally get what you mean x

I'm wearing maternity pants and in just about 13 weeks. No shame here. I cant fit in any of my pants unless they are sweats or leggings

I’ll be 12 weeks tomorrow and I went on a maternity shopping spree yesterday. If all of your clothes are uncomfortable, do it! There are no rules.

All I wear is sweatpants or maternity pants. Anything with a tight waistband makes my stomach ache and I'm only 10 weeks.
