I have been exclusively breast feeding. I started work when baby boy turned 3 months and i pump when i’m away from him. anywho, he will be 4 months on the 8th and i’m just about over pumping and the anxiety of making sure i have enough milk to go to gym, or yoga or do anything 😩. any momma’s mix it up? formula when you’re away from the baby? what’s your feeding schedule like ?

to moms who buy formula ? is it expensive ? how much a week do you spend and what brands ?
