Norethindrone

So I just started taking Norethindrone the “mini pill” about 10 days ago. According to this app I am 4 days late on my period. I’ve never missed a period. I’ve been having cramps for like 3 days like I am going to get my period but I have not got it. Does anyone take this and has it made your period late or not come at all?
