Look for aloe with Lidocaine. It'll help the sting and the heat! I'm with ya, I never learn either😂 Just had my worst burn a couple weeks ago

Dab apple cider vinegar on the burns, saturate with coconut oil after its dry! Do this a handful of times per day. Good luck!

Apple cider vinegar takes the heat out of it, just soak a rag and rub it all over the burned areas.
