Rash on breasts (not PUPPP?)

For 3 days now, I’ve had a consistent red blotchy rash on about half of both of my boobs. Nothing helps the itch. But it looks nothing like PUPPP that I can tell. It’s more just red blotchy raised/rough skin. Has anyone experienced this during pregnancy and found out what it was?

Edit:

1. Going to my doctor this week. And I know no one here can diagnose me.

2. Just curious if anyone experienced a similar looking rash specifically on their breast during their pregnancy.
