Me and my boyfriend been dating for almost 3 yrs and been thinking about starting a little family.... His two little brothers are twins.  Does that mean it’s possible that me and my boyfriend could have twins too?

Twins in his family doesnt mean anything for you. If there is a twin gene in his family, he could pass it to his kids. So if y'all have a girl, she could have twins. Otherwise, twins are a random fluke.

Identical twins are a fluke that happens when a fertilized eggs splits quite early in the pregnancy. There’s nothing genetic about it. It’s just chance.
