Baby cries when not being held by me or her dad

M daughter will be 16 weeks on Friday. She is happy being left alone in her chair, pram being held by me or her dad but when other people ie her Nanan’s/grandads hold her she screams!!!??? It must be so awful for them? Any suggestions on why this could be happening
