Will the thermal keep the milk warm for too long in fridge?

I’m going back and forth between a thermos being similar to room temperature or an insulated cooler since it sort of acts as a barrier between the milk and the cooler temp. Personally, I would probably chill the milk before putting it in a thermos.

Why not pre chill the thermos?

As long as your daycare refrigerates it, it will be fine. But it wont necessarily change the temperature while being inside of it, it will keep the same temperature
