"We can't just be making babies, we must plan" 

Although, the reasons vary from couples as why they need to check their birth but there are several problems, arising from the use of the different birth controls.

It's said that women that uses hormonal contraceptives have high risk of breast cancers, stoppage of ovulation while using pills, can result to blood clot that increases the risk of stroke and heart attack.

I'm therefore of the opinion that while we are conscious of the need to plan and control our birth, we should also know that it's best we seek the doctor advice on the best birth control for our body system. 

The plan is to control birth, not to end it with complications and diseases.
