I took a Plan B and my period came 3 days after should I edit my cycle or leave it? I don’t want to edit because that’s not my natural cycle.

Edit it. Even if it’s not your normal cycle, that is what happened. The data should reflect what actually happened. It’ll be more accurate that way. 
Your body doesn’t care or remember what happened from cycle to cycle. Every time you have a period, it starts over at the beginning.
