Tailbone pain? HELP

AF is a week late...I totally thought it was coming because my breasts got sore and had my monthly hormonal acne but here I am missing my period and my tailbone hurts so bad. I didn’t do anything that would’ve hurt it! And to add to that my breast have been sore for a week and usually it’s just a day or two...
