Please tell me I'm crazy

Please tell me I'm crazy and it's not possible to be 4 months pp and FULL TIME breastfeeding and have suspicion of pregnancy? Everyone has been telling me to do a pregnancy test because on like 88 days late. Which I say that's normal cuz I'm breastfeeding yes I've have felt tired and queasy sometimes but whatever. So to entertain they're suspicion I do 2 hpt 6 days "before my missed period " the first one look like a faintest line but I dont have glasses so I ignored it what till 2 am my first morning urine and I swear it's still faint and I see something I dont know if I have line eyes or since I know where the line should be that I see something and my hubby doesnt. But I'm nervous cuz that exactly what happened with my 4 month old. I tested 1 week early I thought i saw something waited 2 days i i saw the faintest line and hubby said no and 9 months later poof a baby. I cant take a pic cuz it's so faint this phone wont focus I'm gonna take my high quality camera a take a photo of it . But what yall think is it possible to be full time breastfeeding 4 months PP & pregnant? Cuz if so I'm one fertile b*#$@
