Now that your baby is here how much weight would you have to lose to get back to pre-pregnancy weight?

Honestly I already am pre pregnancy weight and I don’t know how. I’m 1lbs below my pre pregnancy weight and I just had my baby by c section May 23rd. All I’ve done is eat, rest, and breastfeed. I still have that huge overhang of my belly though that happens after c sections.

I don't worry as much about the weight as I do this little pouch I have now from the extra skin on my tummy 😂 I know I'm going to have to start doing core exercises to get rid of it and I'm not looking forward to it!

Im 20 pounds below my prepregnancy weight. I lost 25 pounds during my pregnancy and during the last month i only gained 5 pounds. As soon as i gave birth all the weight and then some fell off. I always lose all the weight right after delivering.

I’m 5 weeks pp tomorrow. 15lbs to pre pregnancy weight, 30lbs overall goal though to get back to my “normal” weight. Honestly I’m not mad at all at my stomach after two kids. It’s my hips and thighs! Good lord they are heee-uge and I’m not used to this body shape quite yet. Hoping I can shed from there but I’ve heard it’s the hardest to lose from? 😬
