Anyone else get super full after barely eating? Could only have a few bites of my breakfast before feeling uncomfortably full and tired

Yep. I can only eat tiny portions now so I’m trying to make sure that the little I get in is good nutritious food

I have had to break up my meals into 2 small meals to fit the full feeling and the nausea
