Acne scarring tips?

Never had acne until I turned 20 years old. I’m now 22 and have breakouts still, but my main concern are these marks! Has anyone had experience with this or have knowledge on how to heal this?
(Tanning bed worked and my face was so clear and my complexion was amazing but I’d rather have these scars than skin cancer)

Unfortunately, everyone's skin is different. I did fairly well on acne.org regimien which is basically a cleanser, 2% benzoyl peroxide followed by a moisturizer. 
Right now I am using Cetaphil cleanser for dry skin, Differin Gel (promotes cell turn over), and Nivea moisturizer but I have dry skin which isn't the norm for acne-prone skin.

There is a retinol cream that they can prescribe to help with these red marks. Go see your dermatologist and ask about it.

For a long time I had a lot of acne on my arms. When I started taking a vitamin D every day and in the sun a bit every day I noticed it went away. I'm going to be doing it again this summer because it seems to be coming back

Are your breakouts caused by dairy?

Honestly it doesn’t look like scarring. Looks like it’s healing. It looks like dermatitis to me. That red will go away in time. I would look at what’s causing it suddenly more than it it’s self. 
Sometimes we put our hands on our cheeks (like when resting elbows on table and putting your palm on your cheek) that will cause the breakouts on cheeks. 
I would look at your diet. Try eating healthier. Also any new medications you started taking. Possibly they cause dermatitis. 
Also changing your pillow case weekly. 
Not sleeping with makeup on
Changing your makeup to a better brand. 
Washing your face for a full 30 seconds nightly. 
It also may help to go to a dermatologist once to get their opinion on what products over the counter should you be using and educating you on better care.

neutrogena has a light therapy mask that’s supposed to help, salicylic acid is supposed to help too they have tons of products that have it in it
