Im 7months pregnant
It itches and burns a little. 
Skin is peeling. Dried up. Very rough. 
I stopped using my rings.

It’s from rings I had that and it was there even after I took them off. It’ll go away.

Depending on how long you’ve had your rings off, this can happen if there is water left under rings while washing hands and can take awhile to heal.

Looks like eczema, I got it when I was pregnant ! Keep putting moisturiser on it!
