So the thing I’m struggling with the most is the social life but I don’t like it’s a “struggle” for me really so to speak bc I don’t have FOMO about my lack of social life...I actually like just chillin out at night and in my jammies at 9 ready to go to bed lol

Also I see a lottt of people putting Sleep Depivation... FOLLOW @TAKINGCARABABIES ON INSTAGRAM!!! She is truly the sleep expert her classes should be mandatory in the hospital!! For real I honestly havent taken thembecause they cost money and I am borke af right now but I follow her blog and stories and she has soo many great tips! My baby is a great sleeper! He still wakes up for feedings but I am getting an adequate amount of sleep as well!

I would say all of them but I was aware socially things would become more difficult and sleep deprivation would be normal life but I didn’t think too much about how I’d feel about my body after baby. It’s come as a massive shock to how much I don’t like how I look now and how much my bodies changed. I think that’s the one thing I’ve struggled the most with 😫

This is tough. I think at different stages of postpartum I have struggled with each of these things. Currently I guess “accepting my body” because I stopped BF and now my boobs are just sad. My husband still loves them which is great but I just feel like they’re small and lost a lot of their mass.

I put other, I think me time is a big thing self care is super important and sometimes I just dont get enough time to decompress and it builds up and then in turn turns into the anxiety because I cant ever get what I want done, I havent had a hobbie in forever I dont even know what I like to do anymore i am grateful if I get a hot worry free shower now its sad

I had 2 babies 18 months apart so my body didn’t change much more after the second one, which means this “new body” isn’t really that new to me anymore. So I’ve had more time to accept it, plus I feel like I’m finally at a point where my kids are on a bit of a schedule and I have time to exercise and prepare healthier meals for myself and knowing that I can now work on improving myself definitely helps me feel better about where I’m at right now. I 
The bigger struggle for me I would say is social life, and more so family life. We live quite far from both mine and my husband’s family and it was hard enough traveling to see them with one baby, but now with two little ones it’s even harder. My two brothers have also each had a baby in the last year (well their wives did) and it’s really hard watching my niece and nephew grow through photos and video chats, because the grow so fast at this age and I feel like I’m missing it. Plus my kids are growing so fast and we rarely have anyone to share these times with.
