Ok hi, I am 13 years old and I’ve had my period for almost a year. About 2 weeks ago I had a very heavy period (nothing too out of the ordinary, I do tend to have a heavy flow, heavy enough to bleed through a super tampon at a track meet in 3 hours. Fun story.) but the period never really seemed to end. Like the heavy bleeding and everything is over, but I keep consistently spotting. Right now it is brownish discharge mixed in with fresh blood.

Is this my period just becoming regular, or am I in danger of getting low red blood cell count?

I’ve always had at least a month in between my periods (again, I’m still becoming regular), but this is worrying me.

Can anyone please help, give advice or anything?
