Late period

My period is late! It was due yesterday and I’m just getting so paranoid because I’ve had sex (shown in the green dots) but protected all times of course!! I have been getting some cramps and headaches here and there shown in the blue dots. How long should I wait before taking any tests? i also took plan b in March which I know can mess your cycle up but the last 2 have been completely regular and normal periods, could it still be messing my cycle up? I’m so scared!
