Eating problem
I feel like in the past 2/3 years I’ve been eating and eating way more then I should be, I’m overeating and I don’t know how to stop it. I’ll be hungry right after eating & ill eat when I’m not even hungry, so when I’m actually hungry I don’t know it because I eat regardless... any tips besides drinking a lot of water ? I’ve been drinking over 3 bottles a day & still hungry looking for snacks and chips and things to eat I’m also trying to lose some belly fat so eating less helps with that
