I’m having round ligament pain on top of feeling gas trapped in my stomach and i am I’m so much pain 😭 any tips please?

Me too! I was doing good but then ate a bunch if French fries on the weekend haha mine is from constipation so I am upping the water, berries and taking psyllium. I sat on the toilet for a half hour today and got some relief. It is painful though. 
I am also seeing an osteopath who rearranged the bones to be optimal for birth and it really relieves the pain.

I take tums and lay with my knees to my chest. It usually helps. I get trapped gas often and it sucksssss
