Low levels

3 days ago I got my blood drawn my level was 71, 2 days ago it was 118, today I got another blood draw and I got a call it’s 57... they just told me two test in 2 weeks and call if it’s negative and positive... can I still be pregnant at all? I’d be 5 weeks and 1 day.
