Postpartum weight loss- need help!
So my son is 9 weeks old today, and I’ve been trying to lose the weight I gained and it is going not well at all. I gained 60lbs while pregnant. I lost 26 within the first 4 weeks. However, I’m at a standstill now. I only lost 1/2 lb this month. This is what I’ve been doing this month. What am I doing wrong/ what can I add?! (I am breastfeeding still).
Currently doing consistently- no cheat days in 3 weeks.
1. I eat 1400 calories a day
2. High protein/ low carb
3. Intermittent fasting (eat 8 hours/ fast 16)
4. Workout between 1-2 hours a day 6 days a week (I spin everyday, but 3-4 days a week I add in CrossFit)
Scientifically, I feel like it’s impossible that I haven’t lost weight. Please help
