taking birth control on time question

so tomorrow I am going to an amusement park all day and it’s supposed to be hot, would my birth control be okay if I put it in my pocket and take it during the day? it says that i’m supposed to keep it at room temperature and i’m worried the hot weather tomorrow will make it ineffective? :/
