Ovulation pain?

Question

Since giving birth via emergency c/s I’ve had cramping during ovulation time. Sometimes it gets so so uncomfortable and a little painful— especially if I’m wearing tight waisted/ high waisted clothes. This is all new to me... is it normal?

Ok I've been thinking about it. Maybe it's painful because they haven't had to do anything for 9+ months 🤔

Same backstory and issue. I have had cramps since I ovulated last week but I wasn't sure if it was my PCOS or something else. Hopefully someone has the answer :)

I've had 3 vaginal births and after the first 2 ovulation has been painful. I fell pregnant on those cycles and haven't ovulated yet after this baby so can't tell you if it goes away or if that's the way it's going to be now.

I have the same thing! I have never felt ovulation cramps before but ever since my emergency c section I have felt them pretty strong. Don't know if its normal but I am in the same boat as you!

I don’t know if it’s normal, but I felt crampy too during ovulation!
