I’ve had my Nexplanon since Jan 15. I have it primarily to prevent pregnancy, stopping my period wasn’t my #1 priority. So it’s been almost 6 months and I’ve bled pretty much every day after the first month of getting it. I talked to my doctor and she put me on 14 days of estradiol, and nothing happened. Now I have an appointment set 2 days after my 6 months to talk about other options. I’m so sick of the bleeding. If it doesn’t go away, what are some good alternatives? Me and my boyfriend hate condoms (and neither of us have STDs or anything), and he enjoys not having to worry about where his cum ends up. So preferably, I want something that’s very affective. And help?
