Unable to hear fetal heart tones?

I’m so confused.. at my last appointment doctor was able to hear my baby’s heartbeat and said it was normal at 150bpm.. now I’m looking at my diagnoses results from my last appointment online and it says “unable to hear fetal heart tones, reason for ultrasound” ????? 
Should I be concerned? We all heard the heartbeat!!

Sounds like he needed a reason for the ultrasound for insurance billing purposes

Did you hear the heartbeat with a doppler or through the ultrasound? Sometimes it is still hard to hear the heartbeat with just a doppler depending on the baby's position. Your doctor would have said something if they were concerned, I wouldn't worry.

It sounds as if you weren’t normally supposed to have an ultrasound during that appointment and he was justifying the ultrasound by saying “couldn’t hear heartbeat with doppler”
